Project Management

Our Project Managers apply the discipline of planning, organising, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals including meeting quality, time, and budget objectives. Project managers can oversee the development and production process and provide the publisher with one consistent contact person from start to finish.

Project Manager, in addition to the budget tasks, can perform manufacturing liaison task for the publishers with the printer and representative personnel at the publisher. This would depend on the publisher requesting this service as part of our full-service offerings.

We continue to utilize freelance subject matter expert (SME) as writers, editors, etc. with the Project M anager supervising and managing the freelancers' work to be sure the client is getting the service promised to the development/production plans.
