Delivering An Any Time, On Any Device responsive e-Learning course for water supply systems
THE CHALLENGE (We Would Love To Face)
Developing a responsive e-Learning courseware for operations & maintenance procedures in water supply systems
This client is a major technology, engineering, construction, manufacturing and financial services conglomerate, and has a team of more than 50000 professionals spread across the globe. They have a culture of constantly analysing the rapidly changing business environment and always equipping its employees with the required knowledge, skills and qualities.
As a part of their learning & development initiatives, They intended to design and develop a responsive e-Learning courseware for their operations and maintenance procedures in water supply systems.
The client wanted Integra to ensure that the solution was a comprehensive learning course but also wanted to ensure that there was no learner fatigue. They also wanted to make sure that the learners covered all the content without skipping any part of the course.
Our Strategy (Sure Shot, Never Miss)
A cross-platform device agnostic responsive solution
Integra closely worked with the Subject Matter Experts at our client to analyse the requirements through intense brainstorming sessions that examined the operations and maintenance procedures in water supply systems in micro details. As a primary activity, Integra undertook field visits to understand the processes, procedures and best practices.
This e-Learning course provided an Any Time, On Any Device experience to equip learners with quick updates and refresher without having to sift through reams of information.
The combined score will decide the passing criteria for the learner. The e-Learning module was delivered as a SCORM 1.2 compliant package that can be deployed on the client LMS.
Key Results (Beyond Your Expectations)
Improvement in efficiency and productivity
The responsive e-Learning solution was created based on the requirements provided by L&T and delivered on time.
The training program benefited thousands of fieldwork employees to update their knowledge and awareness about the operational and maintenance procedures in water supply systems.
Additionally, it improved the adherence of Safe Operating Procedures at water treatment plants by reducing the faulty operations and thereby improving the operational efficiency.
